Flint Packaging is a custom corrugated packaging supplier and business solutions provider serving the Greater Toronto Area. The company has provided packaging and business solutions for over 40 years.

Since 1999, Flint has worked from a 60,000 square foot facility on the north-west edge of Toronto, at Jane and Rutherford. Printing, packaging and warehouse space sit under one roof, so design, production, inventory and logistics stay in one place.

The mission is short: provide a unique, customized service approach that helps clients solve their toughest box problems. Buyers, shipping managers and eCommerce owners bring the problem, and Flint builds the box.

Why buyers stay with Flint

  • Fast typical turnaround

Three to five working days is typical. Flint runs two shifts and can offer 24 to 48 hour service, and same-day delivery, when raw inventory is on hand.

  • Stock and release program

On a blanket purchase order, Flint ships the first release, makes the next one and holds it in inventory until you call for it.

  • Designed in-house, tested first

Structural and production designers build physical prototypes and samples to check folds, diecuts and inserts before anything is printed.

  • 18-step quality control

A proprietary 18-step quality control program, adapted to your own quality measures. Food and beverage clients also get lot traceability software.

  • Inventory help on your side of the dock

Flint reviews your usage patterns to forecast what you need, and a sales consultant can count inventory at your premises.

  • White label available
