Hands lifting a corrugated box from a stack

Everything below is made in corrugated board at Flint's Woodbridge facility. If you do not see your product, ask. Custom structures are a large part of the work.

Standard packaging

Everyday boxes for shipping and storage. When a stock style does not fit your product, Flint can design a custom solution.

  • A regular slotted corrugated box

    RSC boxes

A regular slotted carton is today's most common box design. It has four top and four bottom flaps, and the outer flaps meet at the center when folded.

  • A half slotted container, open on top

    HSC boxes

A half slotted container is similar to an RSC but has no top flaps, which suits open-top assembly.

  • Stacked kraft corrugated boxes

    FOL boxes

Full overlap style boxes, part of Flint's everyday standard range alongside RSC and HSC.

  • A large corrugated bulk box on a pallet

    Bulk packs

For shipping bulk items or irregular loads, or for consolidating several small shipments into one container.

  • A printed retail-ready box

    Retail-ready packaging

Designed to survive shipping while helping the product stand out on the shelf. Flint handles design, engineering, manufacturing and printing.

Custom packaging

Custom work starts with the product. Flint's structural and production designers engineer the package, then manufacture it and handle fulfillment.

  • A flat box dieline

    Structural engineering

A package built around your product's size, weight and how it ships.

  • Hands working on box design sketches

    Custom package design

Design by Flint's in-house team, with your signature on everything created.

  • A production worker checking a corrugated blank

    Manufacturing

Printed and plain corrugated packaging made in Flint's 60,000 square foot facility.

  • A shopper opening an ecommerce order

    Fulfillment

Specialized assembly, kitting and shipping requirements handled to your specification.

Diecut packaging

Diecut work covers products that do not fit a standard box. Inserts hold a product in place, fitted to its size and contour.

  • A diecut corrugated insert holding a part

    Custom diecuts and inserts

Inserts that hold a product in place inside an outer shell. They can be printed with custom artwork or messaging.

  • A diecut corrugated box

    Hymes bottoms

User-assembled boxes for low-volume shipping. You assemble one by squeezing the side panels together.

  • A diecut corrugated tray

    1-2-3 bottoms

Four diecut bottom flaps that fold together and snap into place without tools. Suited to lighter, small-volume shipments.

Retail displays

Displays are designed, manufactured and printed in-house, using Flint's graphic design team or your own artwork. Flint's consultants recommend the form, substrate and print method for structural soundness and cost.

  • A corrugated counter display

    Countertop displays

Give products extra visibility in stores.

  • A corrugated floor display

    Floor display boxes

Freestanding merchandising, with the form, substrate and print method recommended by Flint's structural display experts.

  • White corrugated shelf display units

    Product display units

    Designed, manufactured and printed in-house.

  • A red PDQ display unit

    PDQ displays

PDQ stands for pretty darn quick. Low-cost displays for shelves and checkout areas, designed to assemble quickly.

Packaging protection

Supplies that help products arrive in one piece, from pallet to carton.

  • A box resting on corrugated pads

    Corrugated pads

Placed between items in a palletized stack. Available in standard-duty, heavy-duty double-wall and triple-wall.

  • Corrugated partitions inside a box

    Corrugated partitions

Separate items inside a box to prevent damage from contact. Designed for existing boxes or as an all-in-one solution.

  • A close view of corrugated board layers

    Moisture barrier boards

For shipping and long-term storage. They resist mould, mildew, water and dust.

Product questions

What is the difference between an RSC and an HSC box?

An RSC, or regular slotted carton, has four flaps on the top and four on the bottom. An HSC, or half slotted container, is similar but has no top flaps, which suits open-top assembly.

Can Flint make a box that is not a standard size?

Yes. Flint's custom packaging covers structural engineering, design, manufacturing and fulfillment, so the box can be built around your product instead of the other way around.

How fast can I get packaging from Flint?

Typical turnaround is three to five working days. Flint says it can provide 24 to 48 hour service and same-day delivery when raw inventory is available. Ask about your date when you request a quote.

Does Flint make retail displays?

Yes. Flint designs, manufactures and prints countertop displays, floor display boxes, product display units and PDQ displays in-house, using its graphic design team or your artwork.
